I did but didn’t work for me so I stopped. I just eat more green leafy veggies, fish and take more soup - I especially binge on gingery soup. I also add oatmeal to my milo. It does not drastically increase breastmilk but it is sustained.
Yes I tried , PP works for me. no side effects when I took it. However I didn’t take for Long term.
