1) If you are flying, get a travel memo from your gynae. The airline might check it. 2) Wear compression socks during the flight and request for an aisle seat so that you can move around and go to the toilet when needed. 3)Make sure you have snacks with you and keep yourself hydrated. 4) buy travel insurance that covers pregnancy related
Get some compression stockings too since you’re gonna be seated on the plane for awhile I assume? To prevent blood clots etc

Get a maternity belt to help with ligament cramps if the pain bothers you when walking
