Low placenta

Hi mummies, any tips for healthy placenta?? Just learn today that my placenta is lower than normal for 5 mths. But i havent encounter bleeding. I'm worried. Doc#1stimemom #firstbaby #pleasehelp #pregnancy tor just recc to avoid heavy lifting and intercourse

bleeding can occur any time.. so make sure to get enough rest and avoid any activities like lifting, carrying heave stuff, sex… other than that placenta will just move naturally up for some! mine move at 33wks!
