Taking Vaccine Tomorrow!

Hi mummies! Those of you who’ve taken the vaccine, are there any tips before being jabbed? Like do i need to eat panadol first before the jab or no need? I’m scared and nervous!!! 😣 and are there anything that i should look out for before and after the vaccine? Will be going for my first dose tmrw!

Don’t eat Panadol before you jab. Only if you have fever symptoms after. Just hydrate and eat less heaty things after the jab. Rest well after!! 😊 everything to look out for the staff at the centre will tell you to take note. Just make sure you get your gynae’s go ahead and let the vaccination staff know you’re pregnant. They will note down. Good luck!!! All will be well :)
