Don't go on empty stomach cos that will trigger nausea. Try eating plain biscuits, porridge or drink ginger tea even if it's just a bite or sip. If you're on your 1st tri, you can drink 100 plus to hydrate yourself. Get yourself an anti sea band at Watson or Guardian. Or you can also ask your gynae for some anti vomit pills.
try not to have an empty stomach, it makes it worse. try dry crackers like meiji biscuit, porridge, oats, cornflakes. if really bad, maybe get yr gynae to prescribe you morning sickness pill. it worked for me.
