Weight gain at 36 weeks

Hi mummies, is there rapid weight gain during the last few weeks or is it water retention? Both my feets are swollen huge. I also seem to be gaining weight fast and it's kinda worrying :(

I'm at my week35+, also has water retention and swollen feet. I wore compression sock during day time for 2 days and notice my swollen feet are back to normal now.

it could be both! it’s normal during the last few weeks
