Overfeeding newborn?

Hi mummies, is there a possibility that a newborn could be overfed? My son was 3.08kg at birth and he weighs 3.9kg when he is 3 weeks old. Is this normal? He was given 60ml formula and breastfeed for each feeding session in order to clear his jaundice as adviced by the doctor.

My bb born on 17 Sep 2033 @ 3.676kg. Taking 90ml at hospital. At 2.5 weeks mark she’s taking 150ml. At 4 weeks she’s 5.080g taking 160ml. No GD. Doctor says I gotta control her milk. I believe yours is still on the right track. Not to worry.
