While many women do go on to have healthy pregnancies after conceiving shortly after a C-section, it's definitely something your ob should monitor a bit more closely because your body is still recovering from surgery.
My suggestion would be to keep all your prenatal appointments, let your doctor know about any unusual pain around your scar area, and try not to overdo the lifting and housework (easier said than done with little ones, I know 😅). Make sure you're eating well, staying hydrated, and taking your prenatal vitamins too.
