No intention to breastfeed from birth will still get engorgement ?

I didnt breastfeed when I first gave birth as I was too weak to even carry my baby... I ended up with engorgement on day 4 after birth. I had to get a masseuse to clear the clogs for me, I hand expressed all the milk out. best you ask for the medicine if you dont want to breastfeed. but have to deal with a few days of milk leaking/engorgement.

Yes still engorged. Do ask ur gynae for med to stop milk production. Some mummies still need to hand express to relieve it if meds not working immediately. You may want to standby cabbage to put on ur breast to relieve the pain and reduce milk supply.
