Hello mommy! Just make sure you limit your caffeine consumption to less than 200mg per day! 😁 From what I know, green tea has much lower caffeine as compared to coffee. I drank a bit sometimes but in control!
I limited to once a day! Matcha depending on how you make or where you get it can be quite strong but one cup should be fine too!
