Looks like ingrown hair. Are your clothes getting tighter cos of growing baby? May want to get more stretchy undies, sometimes it can also be caused by friction with your clothes In the meantime I would pull out the hair strand in the swollen bump and not wear too tight clothes. It should go away after a couple of days
