Acid reflux?

Hello mummies, since ystd night I’ve experiencing some Discomfort while sleep. Idk how to described it but is a very uncomfortable feeling the area below my chest but above my tummy and is somewhere in the middle. I had to sit up right to sleep. Is this what it called, acid reflux?

I took eno and doctor also gave me antacids to standby to help with the acid reflux. For me, it’s this icy feeling at the throat. On days that it was Bad, i slept with my body propped up, meaning a reclining position. It helps a lot

Ya. I watch what I eat (some food can trigger it) and if it gets bad, I sleep reclined on the bed with pillows.
