1yo feeding schedule

Hi mummies, can share your 1yo feeding schedule? Im feeding my 1yo 2 meals and 1 snack, tried increasing but didnt work as baby wouldn’t eat anything. Is it a must to increase to 3 meals?

Not a must. Follow your child’s lead. Not good to force them to overeat if they’re not ready.

it's ok I also give my baby only 2 meals a day with 3 times of milk
