BM Dropped Drastically

Hello mummies, seeking for some advices here. I was down with fever, flu and cough for around 2 weeks. During this time my BM has decreased drastically. From 200-300ml per pump to less than 50ml per pump now. Feeling so stress and sad about the decrease. Will my supply come back gradually or should I just wean off breast milk? My bb is currently 4.5 months and been on FM as I was sick and taking medicine. Thank you in advance for your advices

If you’re sick, your supply will decrease and it’s normal. To build up the supply, you’ll have to keep pumping/latching and slowly build it up again. In between drink more water/soups. Stress is also a milk killer so try not to let it affect you. Give whatever you have, it’s fine to mix feed or even go full formula. Most importantly is your mental health and wellbeing.
