Hi mummies, is it safe to diffuse eucalyptus oil for my LO 2mo? I read that eucalyptus helps with respiratory and phlegm. TIA!

The Santecare Breathe Easy patch I use has eucalyptus oil, but it does say 6 months and above.. so I’m not sure if diffusing your own is safe...
