It's definitely not mandatory, but many mums enjoy postnatal massage because it helps them relax and eases some of the aches and muscle tension after delivery. 😊
For binding, it's more of a personal preference. It won't make weight come off faster, but some mums find the extra abdominal and back support helpful, especially in the first few weeks postpartum or after a C-section. I used a binder after my pregnancies - CS mum here.
If you've had a CS, do check with your doctor first, and stop if it feels uncomfortable. I'd consider both a nice bonus rather than a must-have for recovery ❤️
