Recommend me good formula milk for 5mths plus baby.

Mummies recommend me good formula milk please. Current lo is drinking enfamil stage 1. But have been vomiting alot lately. Wanted to change diff milk but also scared he might lose weight because of it. 😥

yup did try. tried it when his 1mth plus. den having diarrhea so i change milk. 😢
