Super Mum

It can happen because piles is common in pregnancy. Try not to strain when pooping, make sure your poo is soft (drink lots of water, have enough fibre), don’t sit on the toilet bowl for more than 5 minutes at a time, don’t squat or carry heavy things. Also, make sure the blood is truly from the poo and not the vagina. If the bleeding isn’t too much and stops on its own, you can observe. But if you bleed a lot, please see a doctor. Many pregnant mums are already anaemic

I have blood in poo a few times. Gynae advised me to inform hwr if it happens often. When i saw blood in poo, i will eat more veg and fruits and the situation will improve

It's common to get them during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester. You should call your doctor if yours bleed or hurt a lot.
