Showering Newborn

Hi Mummies, can you please share detailed steps of sponging your newborn? I have a nanny coming but I also want to find out what is the best way.. do you apply shampoo/soap (have bought Mustela) directly or mix with water in the tub? If mixed, do I need 2 tubs, one mixed with shampoo/soap to sponge and one to rinse off? Thank you for sharing!

Mix with water...No need to rinse off

It won't irritate baby's skin? Or be stuck in the hair?
