I just started giving my LO Tamar Valley yoghurt. Yogurts made from whole milk and not milk solids and no added sugar are ok in general

My husband bought some greek plain yoghurt, and we added our own fruit puree so that there’s no sugar added:)

I only gave the yogurt melts to my baby about 10 month.

Tamar Valley Kids Yogurt. Can get it from NTUC.
