Irregular?

Hi mummies. My period just started last month, 6 months post partum. However, i have yet to have it this month(past1 week already) Is it normal? Also,my milk supply was greatly affected during menstrual cycle last month but back to normal when its over. This month, my supply has taken a huge dip before having the cycle. Any mummies experinced this before?

Yes, it’s normal for periods to be irregular for now Your body is trying to regulate the hormones. The dip in milk supply is common and very real due to hormones fluctuation. One way is to take a calcium magnesium supplement which will help and keep a milk stash and supplement when you are having a dip.
