Hi mummies, any one of you out there who are exclusive pumpers? Care to share how you cope with pumping and bottle feeding when you take care of baby alone? Also when you go out with baby. Thanks!

I try to space out the baby feed and pump during his nap. There are times that I can’t meet it, and will drag my pump for a while. When I’m out with him, I do not pump.
