8 month old daily schedule

At 8 months my girl was on two naps a day, a longer morning one and a shorter afternoon one, and we had dropped the third nap around 7 months. For solids she was taking puree twice a day, slowly working towards three times, and milk feeds were still the main nutrition at that age so I made sure not to cut those. Every baby is a bit different though, so I would say watch your baby's hunger and tired cues more than the clock, and adjust from there.
