Pre-eclampsia at 13 weeks.

Hi mummies out there. I'm currently at 13+5 weeks, and this is my first pregnancy through IVF. Did my OSCAR test 2 days back and results came back I'm at very high risk of Pre-eclampsia, 1 in 21. So I was started on low dose Aspirin daily. I'm only 34 yrs old, with no medical history. Was wondering if this is something to be worried about. Any mummies out with similar situation??
