Pre-eclampsia at 13 weeks.

Hi mummies out there. I'm currently at 13+5 weeks, and this is my first pregnancy through IVF. Did my OSCAR test 2 days back and results came back I'm at very high risk of Pre-eclampsia, 1 in 21. So I was started on low dose Aspirin daily. I'm only 34 yrs old, with no medical history. Was wondering if this is something to be worried about. Any mummies out with similar situation??

Hi mummy. I was 34 as well when i had my twins. Unfortunately i had eclampsia AFTER giving birth. I took aspirin throughout my pregnancy but it didnt prevent it from happening. There’s not much you can do actually. Just monitor your BP. Mine was unexpectedly high during my last checkup before birth. Take care!
