Blackmores Fish oil 1000

Hi mummies out there. Did you take fish oil supplement during pregnancy? If you did, when did you start taking it? First/ second trimester? Is it safe to take Blackmores fish oil 1000? Thanks ?

I took during the first trimester but stopped because of morning sickness. Once morning sickness ease off then continued.
