Hi mummies out there. Did you take fish oil supplement during pregnancy? If you did, when did you start taking it? First/ second trimester? Is it safe to take Blackmores fish oil 1000? Thanks ?

Will suggest you take fish oil with dha specially for pregnancy from your gynae it's better.
