Hello mummies out there. Is it a concern for my premature newborn when he did not pass motion for 2 days ? But he still farts a lot and have urine when I change his diaper … he is currently one month old

Is he drinking breast milk or formula milk? 2 days is still okay. You can try doing some massage or give probiotics.
I am giving him breast milk and formula milk in interval. What kinda of probiotics ? Thanks!
