Antidepressant while pregnant?

Hi mummies out there. Anyone on anti depressants while pregnant? During my 20 week scan the sonographer told me there were some findings in the baby and I realised it may point to chromosome abnormalities. I can’t shake the anxiety off i can barely sleep or eat and its still days before I get to see my doc and the actual report. Will probably need additional testing which may take weeks for result to be back. Have had on off depression for years and was on Lexapro. Not sure if safe to consume when pregnant. Any mums who took anti depressant and baby still came out fine?
