Sleeping Position in last trimester

Mummies , do you only sleep on your left during the last trimester? I have been trying to sleep on my left but I had trouble going to sleep.. I end up tossing and turning because I try to avoid sleeping on the right.. when i doze off on my right, i feel so guilty for my baby 🥺 #advicemommies #firsttimemom #advicepls

I think sleeping on either sides is fine, and shouldn't sleep too long on your back. I sleep on both sides cos my hips will die if I only sleep on one side. I try not to sleep on my back but ometimes I auto lay on my back while sleeping and my husband will change my position for me.
