Exclusively pumping and not latching

Hi mummies , is it ok to just pump milk and fed via bottle and not latch? There’s this mom guilt in me for not latching. #advicepls

yes, it’s totally ok. i understand your guilt, but i did it too for my own sanity. your mental health is important.
