Buffet at 9 months?

Hi mummies. Is it ok to go for food buffet if I just turned 9 months (to be exact 9 months 1 day)? #1stimemom

if you can eat then eat la, if cannot eat or feel uncomfortable after eating, then don't go lo..

why not.. just avoid raw food..
