Upper mid back hurts

Hi mummies is it normal that our upper-middle back hurts ? Not intense just a normal moderate aching. Like the feeling you want to crack your back or bend down your back but cannot due to big tummy. #29weeks

Had similar issues at around this part of the pregnancy before the aching is focused on my lower waist at week 35 till due date. And it should be normal, best to check with your OB/GYN when unsure.
