Nausea During Third Trimester

hi mummies, is it normal to have nausea coming back during third trimester? cause i have been having nausea lately and losing appetite, just like how i was in first trimester. and i couldn't sleep nowadays.

All the symptoms you’ve described are common in the third trimester. I learnt to eat smaller meals and have small snacks in between.. the baby is pushing against your stomach and all your intestines, so there’s little space in there. The insomnia is terrible too. I couldn’t sleep through a single night

Yes, normal. Also normal to have sleepless night during 1st & 3rd tri. Insomnia is the cuplrit.
