Breathless

Hi mummies, is it normal to feel out of breath?? It's got so bad recently. And today I can't even go back to sleep, I breath like a ran a marathon halfway sleeping..

It can be common in the 3rd trimester. Use 2-3 pillows so you can prop yourself up, and lie on your side to put less pressure on your diaphragm. But if you have fever/sore throat or other symptoms along with the breathlessness, go to the hospital
