Started feeling heavy at 28 weeks, went for checkup at 29 weeks, and gynae said baby’s head is down. So that’s explains it. Tried doing all that kegel craps haha yeah it doesn’t help. I use pantyliners so I just change everytime I peed. 😂

I have the same experience. Feel so heavy on my bladder but I didn’t leak when walking unless I’m really full and a little spill when I sneeze or cough and I was told it’s perfectly normal. It also depends on how heavy is your baby

Try doing kegel exercises to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles! But ultimately, do also consult your gynae. All the best, mummy ❤️

I think best is to just ask a doctor

Try doing Kegel exercise :)
