Yes I had lower sharp pain during my first trimester too. I even checked with gynae. Gynae said that it's due to my posture. Which is true as I am constantly picking up my #1 which caused the bad posture.
Yes is very common for many pregnant mummies! So I will usually get my hubby to massage for me and I will sleep at my side most of the time. The pain got worse when my tummy grow bigger and bigger
I have lower back pain too. So it’s very important to have good sitting posture and a good lumbar pillow to help you
I had terrible lower backpains. I found that walking and stretching helped ease the pain and aches.
I walk quite alot.. i think it adds on to the pain. i shall do some stretching..
Yes it was for me. It get worst when the bump is bigger
