Fever At 31 + 1

Mummies need ur opinion. Im 31+1 and having fever (just as i woke up), bodyache and i been keeping pass motion every 2 3 hour once since the day the doctor recommanded me to take iron tablet because of low blood. (started taking last 4 days). Is it ok if i took 2 tablet of paracetomal and rest or shud i go straight to KKH?
