Oh EIPIC has really helped so many kids, so you're definitely on the right track looking into it! From what I've generally heard, centres under SG Enable like CPAS (Cerebral Palsy Alliance Singapore) have been quite well-regarded, their early intervention team covers speech, occupational therapy, and more all under one roof, which is super convenient. One mum I know personally said her son made really noticeable improvements in his speech and social skills after going through EIPIC, so the structured programme does work when you stay consistent with it. If you're waiting on your KKH appointment and want to start early, it's worth asking about centres with the PPIP scheme so the transition is smoother later on. Subsidy-wise, SG Enable EIPIC centres are quite affordable with means-tested fees, and CDA can help cover costs too, so don't let the price worry you too much!
