Hi mummies, need suggestion pls. After surveying, I notice confinement food are expensive which is understandable. I’m wondering if I could choose healthy tingkat food(less oil/salt) instead for my confinement
,at the same time the food can be share with my hubby and toddler. Will there be any side effect? Planning to fully breastfeed for the second time as well.
