Hello Mummies, need some advise.. Currently on my 2nd trimester. Is it possible for me to consume paracetamol? For sore throat whats the best drink to get it of? I can feel my throat is dry, I took plenty of warm water. Kindly advise. Thank you
Yes you can consume paracetamol, but I think it’s also good to go see a doctor to make sure you’re okay. You need to be healthy for baby to be healthy too. Take care and rest well:)

Yes can. Try honey water. I had a bad throat on my 2nd tri & I drank that until my throat soothes.
Paracetamol is the safest analgesic/antipyretic during pregnancy unless you have allergies. 🌻
