Subsidised to Private

Hi mummies, mummies to be! Can I just ask, how do I go about switching to Private from Subsidised under the same hospital? Thanks in advance :)

What I did was just call the hospital and request for an appointment. They will likely to ask which doctor you looking at and check their schedule. If the preferred doctor is not fully booked then the hospital will just help you to book the earliest appointment. The first medical appointment you go will consider under private route and will be seeing the same doctor until you deliver.

Not sure if the doctor can help you, actually you tomorrow can start calling and book. Cause that time I didn’t know many doctors fully booked for like the next 6months time. 🥲 you can try to call and check the availability. Cause dont think the doctor will help you check one by one which doc available. Hehe
