Yup normal. I went through the same in my 1st trimester. I try to nap many times a day but if you're working then try to nap in between or after lunch time. In my last stage of 3rd trimester now. More worse 🤷🏻♀️
Week 17, still having insomnia. 🤣 I find it much easier to doze off in the afternoon than to properly fall asleep at night.
I been having insomnia since i miscarriage. I keep having pregnancy symptoms during my period. But still no luck
