Mild cramps, feeling so heavy at the lower abdomen

Hello mummies and mum-to-be, have anyone of you experienced mild cramps or feeling heavy at the lower abdomen at week 7? I felt it while sitting down and sometimes I feel it when walking, causing me to walk very slowly as I can get shortness of breathe too. #advicepls #firstbaby
