hi, what pump brand are u using? I'm using Medela and my understanding is need only sterilise once, end of the day, not after every use.
If your workplace has a microwave, you may be able to use a microwaveable steriliser like the Philips Avent one.
I pump 2x at work rinse with HOT water after pump and keep the whole thermal bag into office fridge
