Inducing without medical reason

Hi, any mummies managed to get induced successfully without any medical complications? I have HG and the past month I’ve been vomiting 8-10 times everyday (sometimes one day more than 10, I lose count), hoping I can get induced soon as I’m already 39 weeks. Can’t sit around and wait anymore… however medically speaking, there is no need to as bb size is ok, her head is down and is very low, enough amniotic fluid, placenta still healthy and high… but I just really cannot take the whole day nausea and vomiting anymore. My gynae says if I rly want to try, I can try. Anyone with experience inducing without medical reason?

Dont induce, try naturall.... mine i had to induce at 37 i had a very long and hard labour. Cause they will insert medicine into your vagina and you have to wait for ur vagina to dilate...i was in pain for almost 14hrs cause the vagina was not dilating than i requested for epidural cause i cant take it. This is not to scare u or anything..but trust me its better to naturally go into labour.

Oh god i chose to be induced eventually, and yes the pain was excruciating cos there was no dilation and they couldn’t give me epidural 🤣 had to use laughing gas + pethidine + shout my a** off while waiting for the epidural 😅😅

Yup! I induced at wk38+5. My gynae asked me if I wanted to induce at wk38 because I was really really tired from the bump.
