Me. But for me more to strict diet to get back in shape. So only bread or biscuit and milo for breakfast, rice and milo for lunch and dinner strictly before 7pm bread with milo. Snacks inbtwn fruits and bread/biscuit with plenty of mineral water of 2.5ltr . I direct latch too.
Yes. Recently i start to lost appetite for lunch and dinner. Ate half portion of my rice only. Probably too tired from all the waking up, feeding, change diapers and pumping.
Yes but for the sake of bb Try even no appetite Drink nutritious soup because at least nutrition is given to baby

Not really. Do hydrate and eat to keep your strength up, especially if u are breastfeeding.
I prefer smaller and more frequent meals during confinement. Too tired to eat a lot
Me cos I got so sick of confinement food so I didn't eat alot after 2nd week
I lost alot of appetite during that period and lost weight too
