Soy milk uht

Hi mummies. My LO is allergic to cow's milk protein. He just turned 1 yrs old so doc recommended to serve him normal soy milk instead of soy formula because his main nutrients should now come from food he eats. Any mummies has recommedation for soy milk, preferably with less sugar?

Mine is allergic too, her doctor actually recommended to continue with hydrolysed cow's milk formula (Nutramigen, alimentum...). If she only drinks soy milk only she might miss out on some nutrients in dairy like calcium. If you don't want to go for formula you can try Oatly as it's fortified with calcium and some vitamins (and tastes nice too)
