Hi Mummies My LO is about 16 months old and I had good supply of milk previously. Recent week, I noticed the dip in milk supply. 2 sessions/day of 600-700ml expressed milk (used to have about 1 litre plus a day when she was younger is becoming about 300 ml only. I decided to take the pregnancy test and indeed I’m about 5 weeks pregnant . May I check if anyone with similar experience has your supply to dip so much due to pregnancy ?

Its's normal, maybe you know already.. Breast feed can help to shrink the uterus, that's why low supply of milk happen if you're pregnant.. hope this can answer you, good luck 💕
