Hi mummies, do you let your helper take care of your 1month old baby? She have experience taking care of her son and 1 other employer but not in sg. 1 time i caught her giving my baby milk every hour or everytime baby cry. I tell her off and now monitoring her.
It really depends on whether you trust your helper. Different babies behave differently and they cry for various reasons. If I am you, I would probably take care of baby myself while helper can do other things like washing baby bottles and so on
